Delivery turnaround times
Delivery of ‘in-stock’ orders are expected to be delivered within 5-7 business; please allow for an extra 2 days for deliveries to outlying areas. We aim to get your favourite new apparel to you as quickly as possible. However, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances (such as the current global pandemic) that we cannot control or predict, which could have an impact on either our products, our suppliers, or even the courier company. We will do our absolute best to keep you informed of any delays with your order. Rest assured; we will be sure to make it up to you should you experience any delays
on your order.
Shipping rates and estimates
We charge a flat delivery fee (South Africa only) of R100 for deliveries to main centres and outlying areas. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a standard service to ship orders internationally, but feel free to contact us should you love our products so much that you are keen to consider alternative options.
In-store pickup
Unfortunately, our products are currently only available online and not available in store [yet].
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status with the nominated courier company. If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation notification, please contact us at info@n-j.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds and exchanges
N and J create brands made especially for you. And, even though we believe in our products and our people, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. To ensure we keep our commitments to you, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. We want you to look cool and feel even cooler, so it is a promise we aim to keep. We offer a full refund or exchange should the item you purchased not be what we promised. Most of our items are made to order, so we ask that you please check our sizing guidelines carefully to ensure you get the right size first time round. Alternatively, you can speak to one of our trusted staff to help you choose the right size*. We accept size exchanges and will work with you to make sure you look as cool as expected. As much as it hurts, unfortunately we can only offer returns or exchanges if the item(s) have not been worn or washed, and are in the same condition you received it with all tags and labels intact. If it is not in a condition that a Staff would be delighted to receive (eg. creased, pet hairs, deodorant marks or stain), we will unfortunately not be able to refund or exchange the item(s). We do however understand the excitement when you first receive your parcel, so we don’t expect the original outer packaging to still be intact upon return. We do not cover the courier cost for returning the item(s), but we will cover the cost
of sending your new item to you.
